After Hours, No Disruption
I typically clean once your team has left for the day, so I'm never in the way during work hours. Keys and access are handled securely and agreed on upfront.
Feedback, Anytime
If something's not quite right, tell me and it gets fixed on the next visit — no awkwardness required. Regular check-ins keep the clean matching what you actually need.
How I Price
Every space is different, so every quote starts with an actual walkthrough — not a guess based on square footage alone.
Size & Layout
Square footage plus how it's laid out — an open floor plan cleans faster than the same space split into lots of private offices.
Frequency
Weekly service costs less per visit than a one-time deep clean, since regular visits mean less buildup each time.
Condition
A high-traffic kitchen or washroom takes more time and care than a quiet back office.
Extras
Anything beyond standard cleaning — a deep clean before move-in, or extra visits during a busy week — gets priced separately.
$120–$250 per visit
